As NorthernColoradoRentals.com finishes its ninth year in business, the traffic to the rental property listing website is now over a half million visitors per year!
         Year 01 (2004): We had over 170,000 visitors
         Year 02 (2005): We had over 210,000 visitors
         Year 03 (2006): We had over 280,000 visitors
         Year 04 (2007): We had over 420,000 visitors
         Year 05 (2008): We had over 440,000 visitors
         Year 06 (2009): We had over 445,000 visitors
         Year 07 (2010): We had over 525,000 visitors
         Year 08 (2011): We had over 605,000 visitors
         Year 09 (2012): We had over 630,000 visitors

March, April, May, June, and July continue to be our peak traffic months – and in May 2011, for the first time, we had over 65,000 visitors in a single month!

About 75% of the new renters that visit the site have come because of doing searches on the internet. The rest have come by word of mouth from a friend / colleague (about 20%) or print media (about 5%).

April, May, and June continue to be the months when we have the most listings on our site.
